Our universal saws are up to any task: For example, drilling holes in flat steel, tubes, square profiles or checker plate. The heart of the saw is the unique cutting geometry with variable tooth pitch. The result: reduced vibration, longer service life and a smoother cutting performance. The MBS Light can be used on portable drilling machines up to a material thickness of 4 mm, on stationary drilling machines it is cutting materials up to 10 mm thickness. The tapered center drill with pre- and post-cutter ensures an extraordinary cutting performance, while the ejector spring ejects the drill core at top speed. From a diameter of 37.0 mm, we use specially hardened morse tapered holders. The effect: the construction absorbs the torsional forces during heavy use, so that the shank does not shear off prematurely.
