Magnetic Clamp TMC 70

Our 'little one' with the large variety of applications is the perfect magnetic base for your projects. The TMC 70 has been designed to become a valuable helper in countless tasks. For example, for special challenges in welding. Among other things, it’s showing its full potential when it comes to fixing ferromagnetic sheets and plates for flawless welding seams, as an aid for welding at an angle, or for fixing particularly filigree metal parts that would alternatively have to be fixed with clamps. Connecting threads at the top and on three sides of the magnet are ensuring that the TMC 70, which is weighing only 29 grams, can be customized almost unlimited with your own assembly parts. Its flat design is another advantage. With a height of only 25 mm, it is ideally suited for easy integration and attachment of accessories. Like all Alfra magnets, it is equipped with our patented technology providing an ideal unfolding of the magnetic field. The result: extraordinary holding power even on thin-walled materials. On 3 mm thick steel it has a load capacity of 60 kg. Since the activation lever only protrudes beyond the magnet base at the front, the TMC 70 can be used from three sides in narrow spaces. A safety mechanism is fixing the magnet reliably in the activated position. Furthermore, the smallest of our positioning magnets is extremely hard-wearing due to its aluminum housing.
