Adjustable Welding Angle TMA 600

Infinitely variable from 0 to 90? No problem for our variable welding angle TMA 600. Compact, flexible and powerful – with a dead weight of only 2.7 kg, the device is mastering all tasks involving the alignment of heavy workpieces at different angles - for precise and safe welding.

You can adjust the two angle side plates infinitely from 0° to 90° and fix the TMA 600 easily with the practical quick clamps.

Two Alfra TMC 300 holding magnets are providing maximum power. Thanks to the patented technology, they are unfolding a holding force of 300 kg each – perpendicular to the magnetic surface already from a material thickness of 6 mm.

A further advantage: Our Alfra magnets are designed in a way that the electric arc, which is occuring during welding, is only deflected when a distance of 15 mm to the tool is undercut. Welding seams very close to the magnet are therefore possible.

Like all our magnets, the TMA 600 also has a TiN coating on the magnetic holding surface, which makes it unusually resistant and durable.
