Lifting Magnet TML 200 R

Thanks to a special prism for pipes and curved surfaces, our TML 200 R lifting magnet is transporting round steel with a diameter from 50 mm to 400 mm safely and precisely. The maximum load capacity with a safety factor of 3:1 is 200 kg. But our 3.4 kg light power pack is not only strong but also flexible – because of the pivotable and 360° rotatable load swivel. Activate the TML 200 R with user-friendly one-hand operation, connect the load swivel to your crane or hoist by means of a lifting hook or load loop and move tubes safely and comfortably. The TML 200 R is equipped with the patented TML technology (Thin Material Lifting). This means, it is offering an impressive performance even on thin-walled materials from 2 mm thickness. From 10 mm thick steel, the tear-off force is 600 kg. A further advantage: The TiN coating of the magnetic holding surface is providing protection against damage and premature wear – so that our TML 200 R is making your daily work easier for a long time.
