ALFRA PRESS AP 400 - stationary punching machine

Driven by 600 bar, it punches sheet steel, stainless steel, aluminium and plastic. 400 mm throat depth, 220 kg dead weight and 46 kN punching force. When it comes to punching without pre-drilling, our AP 400 is second to none - whether it's for switch cabinet housings, switch cabinet doors or mounting plates. Openings in round, square or rectangular shapes are created effortlessly.

Special shapes are also possible. Thanks to the quick tool change, you can work efficiently - even in extreme edge areas. The laser pointer visually indicates the centre of the tool. A simple crosshair with a pen is sufficient for marking.

In addition, attachable hinged stops even enable row punching. Even complete switch cabinet housings with a depth of up to 400 mm can be positioned for processing. With a working pressure of 600 bar, it processes materials such as sheet steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass or plastic.
