ALFRA profile rail cutting device® – PSG 5+®

Lowest possible cutting clearance, highest precision. The PSG 5+® is the device from ALFRA's product line of profile rail cutters® with the widest range of applications. It impresses with precise, burr-free 90 degree cuts, as the length stop with double guide prevents the rail from slipping.

A unique feature is the shear plate with reinforced eccentric for improved power transmission. The desired section is cut cleanly and effortlessly thanks to shearing forces acting from above.

The long, soft-touch reinforced handle provides additional comfort. The PSG 5+® not only cuts mounting rails with the dimensions 35mm/7.5; 35mm/15, 15mm/5.5; but also copper earthing rails with the dimensions 10 mm X 3 mm and C-profiles 3415. It is also possible to cut G-profiles to length in accordance with EN 60715. Hole punches and dies for round, oblong and cross holes provide the 'plus'.
