ALFRA busbar bending and hole punching device – BS 160

From bending to punching in just a few steps - the BS160 from ALFRA is meeting this task due to its hydraulic cylinder with a capacity of up to 600 bar. And even better: Thanks to bending dies for the settings R=11 mm and R=5 mm and an uncomplicated height adjustment , you can bend conductor rails with dimensions up to 160 mm X 12 mm effortlessly and precisely.

Holes with a diameter between 6.6 mm and 21.5 mm are also easy to make. The hole puncher with neoprene spring is inserted and ready in no time. To ensure a long service life, the base frame oft he BS160 is made of particularly resistant special aluminium.
