The Alfra bevel milling machine has been designed especially for weld seam preparation and chamfering of metallic materials. Due to one-man operation, the portable device is also a reliable companion for metal workers on assembly. The SKF 63-15 is positioned at the 90 degree angle on the workpiece and can be guided effortlessly by a manual feed with light contact pressure. The roller guide rails are guaranteeing excellent feed rates. Thanks to the construction with commercially available inserts, you can also mill evenly and without chatter. Overload protection and restart lock prevent damage to the machine, while the switch-off button in the right-hand handle ensures easy operation. The SKF 63-15 processes a chamfer width of max. 15 mm and can be adjusted to chamfer angles of 15, 20, 30, 45 and 60°. With the optionally available accessories different pipe dimensions can be processed, too.
