The high performance motor in our KFT 250 is powered by 1050 watt. Thanks to full metal end mills according to DIN 6527 in hobbing cut you do not need a secondary device. Solid shaft electronics and the double bearing mounted milling spindle are providing full power, the fine adjustment of milling depth or chamfer width is ensuring precision. User-friendliness was also a key focus during development: thanks to rubber feet, the machine is running smoothly and stably. The prism support has a length of 250 mm. In two different positions, materials from a thickness of 4.5 mm and 1.0 mm can be processed on the support. The maximum chamfer width is 5 mm, depending on the material. An adapted selection of the milling cutters and the correct speed of rotation are also allowing the device to be used on stainless steel. The milling cutter can be moved in the collet, so that you can use the cutting area longer. Because you need to replace the tool less frequently, working with the KFT 250 is very cost efficiently.
